Erica Thompson

Erica is our front desk receptionist in training to become an Audiologist Assistant here at the House Institute. Her passion for helping people began at a young age, and she knew early in life that she wanted to give back. She is a trained medical receptionist and shares her knowledge with the next generation by working part-time to train newer medical receptionists at the local urgent care in Bakersfield. Erica is a foodie and frequently travels off the beaten path to experience new flavors, cultural dishes and cooking methods. Her passion for providing the best care experience for patients as a critical first point of contact is always evident. We look forward to working with her as she further specializes in assisting patients at even more steps in their healthcare journeys.
